Workshop Coffee on YouTube: Coffee Dripper: https://geni.us/clevercoffeedripperFiltropa #4 pap This post is mainly just to share my love of the Clever Dripper and encourage everyone who hasn't tried it to go pick one up. I have a few different coffee brewers (drip machine, Hario V60, Mocha pot etc) but honestly the Clever produces the most consistently great cup of coffee, full of flavour and zero fuss. They have very different shapes: V60 Filter vs Melitta filter. The Melitta dripper is loved because its so cheap and can still give a quality cup assuming your beans and grind are decent. It has a tiny hole versus the larger hole in the V60. This means that it controls the rate of coffee flow and you cannot do as much to control it. Bodum Pour Over Coffee Maker. Bee House Ceramic Dripper. Bonmac Dripper. 1. Kalita Wave. I was turned on to the Kalita Wave thanks to a recommendation from my friend Robert who recently observed that it was quickly replacing the Hario V60 as the go to coffee maker at many of Japan's top cafes. The Clever can use both trapezoidal filters that are readily available at any grocery store (i.e., No. 4 coffee filters) as well as any V60-03 filter. When using the same V60 cone filters on both, the Clever definitely drains faster than the Switch. The Clever is easier and more intuitive to use. v3FPF7x.
